CUSTOM Heirloom Patchwork Quilted Throw

To the world it might just be fabric stitched together but to the person who receives it, it's just so much more! It may be a blanket that comforts a child after a long day, a quilt that wraps a loved one in warmth, or the treasured keepsake that quietly carries stories from one genertion to the next. Every stitch is a reminder that love does not  have to be spoken- it can be sewn, shared and cherished. The greatest handmade treasures are those that are remembered for the love that is woven into every one. 

To finalize this heirloom quilt with Linda, you are encouraged to send clothing or fabric scraps to her. She will personally select a backing fabric that perfectly coordinates with the fabrics that you have provided. If you have a specific  color, she can work with you to provide that color.

Approximate size: 57.5" x 66" (Large throw/ Nap/ Lap Quilt)

Since the overall design requires a total of 323 - 4" cuts, you can send several clothing items. Just to give an idea of what is needed, a men's shirt will yield approximately 40 squares while a ladies dress (short length) will yield about 40-45 - 4" squares. You will need to send enough clothing items to make 323 - 4" squares - about 8 items of clothing. If there is not enough fabric provided by you, Linda will select a solid color that coordinates with the prints that are sent. If you have other ideas, make her aware of your needs. Any questions?
